White Lotus’ Aimee Lou Wood and Walton Goggins both attended the 2025 Met Gala, but she walked the red carpet with another costar.
Wood, 31, was joined by Patrick Schwarzenegger at the annual fundraiser for New York City’s Metropolitan Museum on Monday, May 5. Goggins, 53, also attended the Met Gala but walked the red carpet solo.
Goggins wore a black and white Thom Browne skirt paired with a button-up and blazer. Wood rocked a black suit that she paired with a matching train. She completed the look with Cartier jewelry and Manolo Blahnik heels. Schwarzenegger, for his part, donned a navy and yellow Balmain suit.
Before the pair walked the red carpet, Wood and Schwarzenegger, 31, talked with Ego Nwodim and Teyana Taylor for Vogue’s livestream about how they were feeling after White Lotus’ season finale.

“This is what I love about it, because of the weekly format it feels like everyone comes together at the same time,” Wood gushed. “And it makes you feel like part of the huge collective, which I love because I’m an Aquarius.”
She added: “And now I’m a bit bereft. It’s, like, over now.”
Wood revealed that this was her first-ever Met Gala and shared that she was “terrified” before walking the red carpet. However she was thankful to have Schwarzenegger’s support.
“It’s my first Met but I’m so happy to have Patrick with me,” she said, adding that she felt “spaced out” for the milestone event, calling fashion’s biggest night “wow.”
Schwarzenegger noted that he and Wood planned on walking the iconic venue’s steps together which was a relief to Wood.
“We’re good as long as he’s there, I’m fine,” she gushed. I just look at him and follow.”
In an interview with Variety, Schwarzenegger shared that he found out Wood was coming and decided to text her asking if they could “go together.”
“We met up, I went to her hotel and we showed up together. It’s great,” he said.

Wood later spoke to Access Hollywood sharing how excited she was to see Goggins again, and revealed they had a run in a few days earlier.
“You know what, I actually saw him two days ago. And that felt like the…we haven’t had that much time to debrief about everything,”she said of her White Lotus co-stars. “Every time we see each other it’s kind of this, there’s never enough time. So it’ll be good to see him again tonight because we saw each other briefly a couple days ago and we were just kind of trying to download everything and the episodes and Rick and Chelsea’s whole story now that we’ve seen it in full, and there’s just never enough time.”
Wood and Goggins’ appearance at the Met Gala comes days after the actor made headlines for shutting down an interview after being asked about Wood. Rumors swirled that Wood and Goggins were feuding after they were no longer following each other on social media since wrapping up filming for The White Lotus. Costar Jason Isaacs previously hinted at tension on set, teasing that some friendships were not where they once were. Neither Wood nor Goggins have publicly addressed the rumors.
