Kelley Flanagan is weighing in on whether there was a vibe between her and fellow Bachelor Nation alum Jason Tartick on a recent episode of his “Trading Secrets” podcast.
“I love Jason. I will start there. I love Jason,” Flanagan, 33, exclusively told Us Weekly at Us + Maidenform’s Reality Star Style Awards party on Tuesday, April 22. “I have always gotten along well with Jason forever.”
Flanagan, who recently split from ex Ari Raptis, shared that she hasn’t been “as close to this group” as she dated people outside the franchise.
“I’m just starting to get back and see these people that I feel like I haven’t seen for a while,” she explained. “But Jason is amazing. We get along.”

As for whether there have been any interactions with the pair since the podcast, Flanagan noted that she and Tartick, 36, will reunite at Stagecoach.
“I actually work with Jason’s agency and I am great friends with the people that we work with. So we’ll all be there for Stagecoach,” she said. “I feel like we’re always kind of around doing the same thing.”
Flanagan shared that she and Tartick catch up “quite often, maybe once a week” and gushed that the twosome “vibe really well.”
“But yeah, I don’t know,” she said. “I just don’t think I’m in a place to date yet.”

After her podcast with Tartick, Flanagan made headlines for her reunion with ex Peter Weber at Coachella — and she told Us that the twosome are in a good place.
“Peter and I, we weren’t ever really awkward. We always got along. We were always great friends. I think he said something this weekend and he was like, ‘Kel, you’re like the sister I never had.’ And I was like, ‘OK, that’s maybe a little awkward,’” Flanagan recalled. “But we always get along and we definitely butt heads. So maybe it is a sibling thing. I don’t know how to compare it, but that’s what he said to me. I was like, ‘I’m a little creeped out by that one, but I also kind of understand what you mean.’”
While Flanagan begins to think about dipping her toe in the dating pool, she told Us that she declined an invitation for Bachelor in Paradise season 10 in Costa Rica.
“They asked me to go on Paradise. I was like, ‘I’m 33 years old. I think I’m getting to a place where I am ready to seriously date. I don’t know if my person’s going to be me finding them in Paradise.’ I could be completely wrong,” she explained. “I felt like I was kind of an outcast. And I said something recently, ‘I don’t know if I really fit in.’ And someone laughed and they’re like, ‘Kelly, you never did.’ … I just don’t think I fit into that world. I don’t know how to explain it, but I definitely just felt like, ‘Huh.’ So I don’t know if it’s the right decision for me.”
