Bangor Band and local choirs unite for a spectacular collaborative concert

BANGOR — Music lovers of all ages are invited to an extraordinary evening of choral and instrumental excellence as the Bangor Band joins forces with two outstanding vocal ensembles: The Acadia Choral Society and the University of Maine Collegiate Chorale. Under the direction of Dr. Philip Edelman (Bangor Band) and Dr. Rebecca DeWan (Acadia Choral Society & UMaine Collegiate Chorale), this exciting, family-friendly program celebrating Mother Earth, will inspire and delight audiences of all ages.
The performance will take place at Peakes Auditorium at Bangor High School at 7 p.m. Featuring a dynamic selection of repertoire, the evening will showcase the individual artistry of each ensemble before culminating in a finale where all musicians unite for an unforgettable collaboration. This event is perfect for families, introducing children and adults alike to the joy of live music in an engaging and welcoming atmosphere.
