Night and Fog or “Nacht und Nebel” was the term used in Nazi Germany for the illegal arrests and disappearances of anyone considered “undesirable” by the state. It is very frightening now to see that ICE is following in the footsteps of the Gestapo.
Hopefully, our judiciary can reign in ICE’s worst anti-constitutional behaviors.
