A jail inmate allegedly assaulted an Ellsworth hospital worker Monday night.
Patrick Hall, 36, of Sullivan was charged with felony assault on an emergency medical provider, according to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Greg Mailhot reportedly saw Hall assault the emergency medical care provider in the ER at Northern Light Health’s Maine Coast Hospital about 9:42 p.m. Monday, according to the sheriff’s office.
Hall remains at the Hancock County Jail, where he was being held for several other felony assaults, the sheriff’s office said.
