A man allegedly stole an ATM from a Westbrook business during broad daylight.
Maxwell Juvet, 38, has been charged with theft and possession of burglars tools, according to the Westbrook Police Department.
Westbrook police likened the theft to something you’d see on TV.
Juvet allegedly stole the ATM from the business, which wasn’t identified, during the “middle of a busy weekday,” according to police.
Detectives tracked the ATM down to a Saco residence, where police recovered some of the stolen money, Westbrook police said Monday.
No additional information was released.
