January Jones is beefing with United Airlines, it seems.
“Do better @united,” Jones, 47, captioned an Instagram Story on Sunday, March 23. “A couple $15 food vouchers isn’t gonna cut it. Our 7:30p flt last night still hasn’t left.”
Jones also posted a screenshot of what appeared to be her United app showing that her flight had been delayed 16 hours and 25 minutes. Details about where the actress was departing from were not made public, nor is the current status of the flight.
“Is there still a secretary of transportation?” she captioned a second Instagram Story post on Sunday. “Can’t remember what’s left.”

Jones could be seen laying on the floor of the airport, curled up in a sleeping position in an image she posted on social media. (Sean Duffy is the current Secretary of Transportation, holding the title since January.)
Jones’ delayed flight was operated by the regional airline SkyWest but referred to as a United Express flight. The flight “was delayed overnight due to a mechanical issue,” a SkyWest spokesperson told People on Sunday.
“A new aircraft has been assigned, and we are working to get customers to their destination as quickly as possible,” the statement continued. “Passengers were provided with meal vouchers and compensation. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
Taking to Instagram to air her grievances is no surprise for Jones, who has previously used the social media platform to call out haters after posting various no-makeup looks and share random revelations about nicknames.

In January 2024, she shared a rather hilarious Instagram Story post about her distaste about the name Jim being short for James. (Yes, seriously.)
“Last night I spent a good 30 [minutes] laying in bed pondering the name Jim,” she shared with followers at the time. “Like what a weird name. It’s not short for anything, it doesn’t mean anything. Imagine if Rose’s love interest in Titanic was named Jim, would you even care if he froze? Prob not.”
Jones noted that she was “furious” after discovering where Jim actually came from.
“How did someone get to Jim from James? So stupid,” she continued. “I’m so ashamed that the word Jimothy was in my brain for a few minutes. I can never get that time back. And sorry to the Jims. I mean no disrespect. Also sorry to my family for how I am.”
