Just after celebrating the spring equinox, Mainers this weekend will be able to embrace the season during the state’s 42nd annual Maine Maple Sunday Weekend.
Sugarhouses across the state typically offer samples and demonstrate how maple syrup is made, as well as hosting tours and activities to celebrate the occasion. Some locations will have events both Saturday and Sunday, so be sure to double check on dates and hours.
