Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright certainly aren’t the only couple struggling in The Valley.

In the first trailer for season 2 of Bravo’s hit reality show released Tuesday, March 11, the cast continues to deal with the fallout of both long-term relationships dissolving and the rumor mill continuing to run wild.

“Jax has been seeing people,” Brittany shares in one scene. “He had a girl staying here in the house again last night. There is a thong on my bathroom sink. Why was there a baby wipe on top of it?”

Later, Jax is seemingly served with divorce papers as Brittany shares what she wants from him and their relationship going forward.

‘The Valley’ Is Filming Amid Brittany and Jax’s Divorce: What to Know

“I already told him — filing, restraining order and custody,” she explains before accusing her estranged husband of having “people watching me.”

In August 2024, Brittany filed for divorce from Jax after five years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple share 3-year-old son Cruz. One month earlier, Us Weekly confirmed that Jax entered a 30-day treatment program to address his ongoing mental health struggles.

Most recently, the former Vanderpump Rules star admitted in the March 4 episode of Alex Baskin’s “Hot Mic” podcast that he was an addict and had been sober for 83 days.

“I’m at the point where I’m so in love with the man I want to become,” Jax tearfully shares in one scene, “that I’m just not satisfied with who I am anymore.”

While Jax and Brittany try to coparent, Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei are struggling to keep the peace as they move forward with their divorce while raising daughter Isabella, 4.

“You’re a f—ing drunk,” Michelle claims in an explosive argument with her ex. Jesse responds, “Well she’s a hooker so it’s fine.”

Michelle, however, has the last word when she reminds Jesse, “I’m the mother of your f—ing child.”

Even couples who appeared stronger than ever in season 1 now find themselves facing rumors and wild accusations.

Kristen Doute accuses Janet Caperna’s husband Jason of taking his wedding ring off when he goes out. As for Nia Sanchez’s husband Danny Booko, rumors spread that he gets “wasted and handsy and inappropriate.”

‘The Valley’ Cast Weighs In on Brittany Cartwright, Jax Taylor’s Split

In a surprise turn of events, Kristen’s relationship appears to be in a strong spot as she accepts a romantic proposal from Luke Broderick.

“Who would have thought Kristen and Luke had the best relationship out of all of us?” Jax asks at one point in the season.

Season 2 of The Valley — which will feature appearances from Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, Scheana Shay and Brock Davies — premieres on Bravo Tuesday, April 15, at 9 p.m. ET. Stream old episodes anytime on Peacock.
