Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new claims of forced labor, including an accusation that he made an employee “engage in sex acts,” per multiple reports.
In a new superseding indictment filed in the Southern District of New York on Thursday, March 6, prosecutors accused Combs and his associates of controlling employees at his various businesses through “physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm, and/or threats of the same,” reported by People, Variety and The Hollywood Reporter, all of which obtained the indictment.
The indictment also accuses Combs and company of forcing employees to “work long hours with little sleep” and claims this behavior “caused these employees to believe they would be harmed — including by losing their jobs — if they did not comply with his demands.”
“With respect to one employee, Combs used physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm, and/or threats of the same to cause the employee to engage in sex acts” with him,” the indictment adds.

“Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY,” Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo told Us Weekly in a statement. “He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will.”
“Many former employees stand by his side, prepared to attest to the dedication, hard work, and inspiration they experienced while helping build groundbreaking, award-winning businesses,” Agnifilo added.
Combs is expected to be arraigned on the revised indictment on March 14, per People.

Diddy is currently behind bars at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and is awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution following an arrest in September 2024. He has denied all allegations against him and awaits a trial set for May 5.

The disgraced rap mogul also faces dozens of lawsuits from individuals who claim he harmed and exploited them through drugs, alcohol and physical abuse. Diddy has also denied these allegations against him.
