Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian don’t hold back at all when it comes to discussing sex on their Hulu reality series.
The Kardashians premiered in 2022 and the famous family hit the ground running with updates about their personal lives. While Kim was navigating her split from Kanye West, Khloe was off-and-on with now-ex Tristan Thompson while Kourtney found love with Travis Barker.
Kourtney and Travis were never shy about showing off their chemistry — even when filming the arrival of their first baby together. During a 2024 episode of the show, Kourtney told mom Kris Jenner how she needed “to have sex” before going into labor.
“This is how you talk to your mother? This is wild. Sex is taking a priority to birth?” Kris asked her eldest child. “This is TMI and I don’t need to know this. The visual is just, no. Keep it to yourself.”

Kourtney, however, stood by her hot take that sex was important to her before giving birth, adding, “Because then you can’t have sex for six weeks after.”
That same season, Kourtney surprised viewers when she recalled getting COVID after making out with Travis.
“We make out for six hours,” she shared in a May 2024 episode about how Travis started to feel warm. “Not a making-out type of warm. Like, really warm. … That first six hours of just making out, I got COVID.”
Not everything was safe enough to show on screen. In February 2025, The Kardashians surprised Us by bleeping an intimate conversation with various animal noises. In 2022, Travis and Kourtney got involved in a sex fast ahead of her pregnancy. “You can’t orgasm at all,” Kourtney revealed at a family dinner. “Because we were, like, what about oral sex? What about hands? What about feet?”
