Kendra Wilkinson doesn’t have time for the haters.
“If I look old then so be it. I don’t care as much as a——- do,” Wilkinson, 39, wrote via her Instagram Story on Tuesday, March 4. “God bless haters today. Too busy.”
Alongside the message for her trolls, Wilkinson shared an image of her in the car looking off into the distance. Wilkinson was pictured in the same outfit she wore to the gym, where she uploaded a glimpse of her workout routine.
“Bootcamp workout time,” Wilkinson captioned a clip of her on the treadmill, while in another video she posed for the mirror, writing, “Fell off this last week.” In a third pic, Wilkinson made a face for the camera and added, “Sweatin.”
This isn’t the first time Wilkinson has addressed online critics. In January, Wilkinson wrote via Instagram, “For those of you hating on my new weight [and] 40 yr old face, please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally.”
For Wilkinson, it’s “important to highlight these things.” She exclusively told Us Weekly in February, “I see a lot of ageism [and] a lot of body-shaming, and it’s not right. We’re human. People are getting mad at women for aging [or] gaining a pound. It’s unfortunate we have to feel [like] we have to be 25 [years old] and a size zero forever. I’m unapologetically me at all times, and I have the confidence to rise above it and to be comfortable in my own skin. This is about embracing life now.”
Kendra Wilkinson Feels Confident Again After Going ‘Through Absolute Hell’
Wilkinson — who shares son Hank IV, 15, and daughter Alijah, 10, with ex Hank Baskett — shared that she’s “been working really hard” on herself over the past year.
“Before that, I [was] struggling with life through divorce, depression and mental health. I’ve been through absolute hell — my 30s were a mess — and [I] thank God I hit that rock bottom because the only way to go is up. I finally did the proper work to get to that point of confidence,” she told Us. “Before, I was self-sabotaging and living in regret and shame, so even though I was skinny and fit, [that] doesn’t mean I was necessarily happy. Now that I’ve gained a couple of pounds, I feel confident. I feel great about myself. This is the first time in a long time I want to prance around in a bathing suit with everybody watching.”
