Taylor Swift proved she’s one of America’s sweetest celebrities with a simple gesture following the 2025 Grammy Awards.
“Thank you so much for all your hard work,” Swift, 35, can be heard telling a few Grammys workers in a fan video from the awards show uploaded via X on Tuesday, February 11.
The musician, who was wearing a silver, sparkly mini dress and combat boots, then stopped to greet the employees personally.
“We appreciate you so much,” Swift told the staffers, who were standing along a wall on the left side of Crypto.com Arena.

She then handed them each an unknown amount of money, tipping the workers for their assistance that evening. “Thank you,” the stunned employees responded before Swift ran off to catch up with her entourage.
The heartwarming video surfaced more than one week after Swift attended the Grammys in Los Angeles on February 2.
While Swift left empty-handed, losing all six of the categories for which she was nominated, she appeared to have a great time regardless. The singer, who has won several Grammys throughout her career, was spotted dancing with a champagne bottle in her hand while Charli XCX performed.
Swift also recreated the iconic “holding space” meme from the Wicked press tour when she spent time with star Cynthia Erivo.
While some people might’ve been surprised at Swift’s high spirits after her losing night, fans know all too well how giving the artist has been over the years.

During her Eras Tour, Swift made headlines not only for her sold-out shows in five different continents — she received an outpouring of love after donating to food banks across the world while performing in different cities.
She donated to the Edinburgh Food Project in June 2024 as well as Cardiff Foodbank in Wales, among other U.K. non-profits that same month.
When her show concluded in December 2024, Swift showed her appreciation for her staff and crew by handing out $197 million in bonuses, Us Weekly confirmed at the time.
That same month, Swift paid it forward ahead of the holidays by donating $250,00 to Operation Breakthrough, a Kansas City-based organization that gives back to families in need. (Kansas City is where Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, lives and plays football as a tight end for the Chiefs.)

Last month, news broke that Swift gave tips to the security guards who stayed late at a MLB game that she and Kelce, 35, attended at Yankee Stadium in October 2024. (They had a date night watching the Cleveland Guardians play the New York Yankees.)
“Game is over, she took pictures with everybody there,” sports broadcaster Adam Lefkoe said of Swift during the January 31 episode of The Steam Room. “We had to wait an hour because when you’re that famous, you can’t leave when everyone else leaves. We’re walking down the hallway and she’s reaching into her purse and she’s giving money to the security guards that had to stay late an hour.”
He explained, “You just begin to realize this is just a good person in which the world is obsessed with them. We went home and the next day my wife is listening to Taylor Swift. I’m like, ‘This is nuts.’ But it was really cool.”
