Maine State Police are investigating a single-car crash that happened at about 7:15 a.m. Saturday.
According to police, Tatiana Medeiros, 20, of East Providence, Rhode Island, was driving north on Interstate 95 in her 2008 Toyota Matrix when it left the road and crashed into a median. She had been driving in the left lane of the highway, according to police.
There were no reported passengers, and Medeiros was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a news release.
