New CCTV footage has been released of a missing mum not seen for more than six months.
South Wales Police says a “large-scale police search” for Charlene Hobbs is ongoing and officers are confident “answers lie in the community”.
The last confirmed sighting of the 36-year-old was a photograph taken on a mobile phone at a house in the Adamsdown area of Cardiff at 6.07am on 24 July last year.
Ms Hobbs, who has a distinctive dragon tattoo on her back, had her hair in a bun and was wearing a dark strapless top.
The new footage released by officers shows Ms Hobbs at Morrisons Local in Adamsdown on the day before she was last seen. Police say they hope the release of the footage will lead to new information from the public.
In a previous statement, Ms Hobbs’s family said they were “desperate” to have her home.
“We have been out looking for you and will continue to do all we can to try to find you, and to understand what may have happened,” they added.

More than a thousand hours of public and private CCTV is being reviewed by officers after reports of possible sightings of Ms Hobbs.
Police say they have made enquiries at over 250 addresses and taken statements from more than 50 people since the start of the investigation.
Residents in the Splott and Roath areas of Cardiff have been asked to check their outbuildings and empty properties, in case Ms Hobbs has taken shelter there.

Detective Chief Inspector Matt Powell, from South Wales Police, said: “We remain determined to find Charlene, with specialist teams of officers and staff dedicated to this investigation who are focused on finding Charlene and returning her to her family.”
South Wales Police is asking anyone with information which could help find Ms Hobbs to get in touch.
