Marcus Jordan didn’t hesitate to name drop his very famous father, Michael Jordan, during his recent DUI arrest.
“I’m Marcus Jordan, I’m Michael Jordan’s son. I’m not doing anything wrong,” Marcus, 34, claimed to an officer according to body cam footage obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, February 4. “I’m just trying to get home and I made a wrong turn and clearly we would just like to get our f—ing car off the f—ing train tracks.”
Marcus is the second oldest of Michael, 61, and his first wife, Juanita Vanoy’s three children, which also include son Jeffrey, 36, and daughter Jasmine, 32. Marcus previously played college basketball at the University of Central Florida and was best known for his off-and-on romance with ex Larsa Pippen, who is the ex of former NBA star — and dad Michael’s rival — Scottie Pippen.
In the arrest footage, Marcus and a young unidentified woman were met by authorities while his blue Lamborghini SUV was stuck on the train tracks. When asked how he got there, Marcus says that he made a wrong turn and ended up stuck.

“We thought we were making a right and I f—ing turned onto the train tracks apparently,” he said.
Marcus and his passenger then exited the vehicle after being asked by officers since a train was scheduled to approach. As Marcus walked down the tracks, he seemingly stumbled before asking authorities if they could assist him in pushing the car out of harm’s way.
The officers ultimately declined, noting that they were worried about the safety of the group and that the vehicle’s tires had sunken into the gravel.
“My concern is us,” the officer told Marcus to which he responded, “The concern is the $300,000 vehicle. I would like to just push this s— out of the way.”
An officer insisted that a tow truck be called to remove the vehicle but Marcus remained adamant about pushing the car.
“We don’t need a tow truck. Can I get some manpower to push this s— all off this train track?” he asked, to which the police refused again.
After leaving the train tracks with officers, Marcus was questioned by the authorities on if he had been drinking. While one officer claimed to smell alcohol on Marcus, the former basketball player denied that he was intoxicated.
“I appreciate your concerns but I am not inebriated. I am not anything that cannot drive home,” he said. “Thing is I am not familiar with this area, I made a right and I thought I was making a right onto the highway and I made a right onto the f—ing train tracks.”
Marcus then performed a field sobriety test and was asked how much he had to drink. Marcus replied “a little bit, under the legal limit” which is “.08.” When asked how many drinks that equals out to, Marcus responded, “F— if I know man … I’m not a scientist.”
He also claimed that he did not take any “illegal substances.” However, the police found a baggie in Marcus’ pocket and one cop assumed it was “probably going to be cocaine because that explains the agitation.”
Marcus was arrested in Maitland, Florida on Monday, February 3, for driving under the influence, cocaine possession and resisting arrest, according to TMZ. He was booked in an Orange County, Florida, jail.

According to a police report obtained by Us, Marcus admitted to consuming “some” alcoholic drinks earlier in the evening at multiple venues including Rachel’s Gentleman’s Club, which describes itself as a “steakhouse and strip club” on its website.
Marcus “refused” to get into a police car, per the report. He became “agitated and irritated” and questioned why he was “getting treated like a criminal like he was doing something wrong.”
