
A Mainer crashed a tractor-trailer Saturday night while driving on a New Hampshire highway.
Joseph Johnston, 55, of Otisfield was driving the white 2022 Freightliner Cascadia on Interstate 89, near exit 9, in Warner about 10:30 p.m. when he suffered a medical emergency, according to the New Hampshire State Police.
Johnston went off the road and into the median, hitting a guardrail and then several trees, the state police said.
The crash extensively damaged the tractor-trailer.
Johnston was taken to a Concord hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.
