Vanderpump Rules alum James Kennedy found love with Ally Lewber three months after his split from Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
The England native met Lewber, an entertainment journalist, that January following his split from Leviss.
“I’m, kind of, seeing someone,” Kennedy revealed during a February 2022 episode of Lala Kent’s “Give Them Lala” podcast. “Look, it’s too early to say honestly [if Ally will appear on Vanderpump Rules]. I do like this girl, I really do. I don’t know. We’ll see what happens. I can’t ask any girl to do that.”
The DJ continued: “With [Ally], I’m taking my time. She gets to choose what she wants to do with that whole situation, and then for me, it’s like, I have to decide as well. What I do know is I’m going to be doing me and I’m going to be f—king enjoying myself.”
Lewber ultimately joined Kennedy on Vanderpump Rules for seasons 10 and 11. Bravo announced in November 2024 that the next season would feature a new crop of SURvers. Lewber told Us Weekly at the time that Kennedy was “grieving and just feeling [his] emotions.”
One month later, Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence. “I am taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth, and being present for my loved ones,” he wrote via Instagram in December 2024 after his legal team denied the charges, which were subsequently dropped. “Navigating challenging moments is not easy but I am determined to learn, grow and move forward with the incredible support system around me.”
Lewber confirmed her split from Kennedy in January 2025.
