Virtuals Protocol has emerged as the top performer among the top 100 crypto assets as the market cap displayed a meteoric rise from $0 to levels above $2.5 billion. The platform, which integrates the AI with the metaverse with an aim to build the future of virtual interactions, has displayed a monstrous rally since the start of the final quarter. However, despite the gigantic rise, the token does not appear to slow down as the VIRTUAL price continues to soar in the times when the other cryptos are consolidating after a significant rise.
This massive rise in the value and the market cap with a 10-fold increase in the trading volume has raised concerns over it’s stability in the coming days. However, the volume continues to record levels above $300 million following it’s listing on major exchanges, which offers the possibility of continued bullish action until the end of the year.
Now the question arises: will Virtuals Protocol be the top performer of 2024, with over 8000% surpassing the major tokens in the crypto markets?
The above chart shows the gigantic rise of VIRTUAL price from the levels below $0.05 to highs above $2.7. The token is constantly displaying strength in the discovery phase and is currently facing some sell-offs at the moment. As happened earlier between 0.5 FIB & 0.78 FIB, the token is believed to have been traded between 0.786 FIB & 1 FIB for nearly a week before a breakout to the 1.2 FIB at $3.4, probably by the end of the year.
With this, the market capitalisation of Virtuals Protocol is expected to surge above $3.3 billion, paving the way for the token to enter the top 50 cryptos. However, the meteoric rise usually attracts huge concerns over it’s stability, as the markets have witnessed a number of fallouts and rug-pulls. However, the market participants are required to be vigilant over the next price action, as the year-end closing levels could have a major impact on the prospects of the token.
