One of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alleged victims is opening up for the first time about being sexually assaulted by the rapper.
An anonymous John Doe, who filed a complaint against Combs in October, shared his experience with CNN on Tuesday, December 10. His voice and face were concealed for the interview.
According to Doe, the alleged assault happened in 2007 when he worked for a private security firm that was hired for one of Diddy’s White Parties in The Hamptons. (CNN reports that Doe’s original complaint referred to an incident that took place in 2006; Diddy’s White Party was held in St. Tropez that year. Doe’s attorney has since amended the complaint.)
In response to the CNN story, Diddy’s team released the following statement to Us Weekly on Wednesday, December 11: “After [attorney Tony] Buzbee was exposed this week for pressuring clients to bring bogus cases against Mr. Combs, and after public records showed that — contrary to his allegations —there was no white party in the Hamptons in 2006, Buzbee amended this complaint to walk back the allegations and now claim a different day and wholly different year.”
During his CNN interview on Tuesday, Doe recalled feeling “some effect following his “first drink” at the party. Initially, he thought the drinks were just “really strong.”
“It wasn’t until the second drink — and it was already too late — that I realized that there was something wrong with the drinks,” the accuser claimed during his CNN interview. “Sadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings.”

Doe said that he “wasn’t able to stand,” recalling that the two drinks felt more like 15. He added, “It was just an amazing level of incapacitation that I had never experienced before and I felt powerless.”
Diddy was allegedly “watching from some sort of vantage point” at the party.
“Once I was in a helpless position and he was sure that he was in a position of power, then he took advantage of the situation,” Doe claimed, adding that he was pushed into a vehicle by Diddy before the alleged assault.
“I was screaming, I was telling him to stop,” he recalled. “It was incredibly painful, and he was acting like it was nothing and he seemed to be disconnected from it. But it was abusive beyond belief.”
Doe claimed that “one high-profile” guest at the party witnessed the alleged incident and “found it amusing.”
Doe also told his supervisor at the private security firm about the alleged assault, but his concerns were “dismissed.”
“After that, he didn’t talk to me again, he cut me out of everything,” Doe said of his former boss. “I was totally blacklisted after that. I had to find a different field.”

Doe also told CNN that the alleged assault led to the downfall of his marriage, but the court documents filed in October indicated that Doe had never been married. CNN reported on Tuesday that Doe’s attorney has since filed to amend the complaint.
Diddy was arrested in September on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has vehemently denied all accusations against him and remains in prison.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” read a statement to Us Weekly in October. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
