Yes, that was Bella Hadid on the second to last episode of Yellowstone.
During the episode titled “Give the World Away,” premiered on Sunday, December 8, 28-year-old model took on the role of Sadie, a woman dating horse trainer Travis (creator Taylor Sheridan).
In Hadid’s first scene, Beth (Kelly Reilly) goes to see Travis, but Hadid’s character opens the door — a surprise for viewers.
“You the masseuse?” Hadid’s Sadie asks. Beth responds, “Do I look like a f—ing masseuse?”

Sadie quips that she could be “a very expensive one.”
As Beth enters the house looking for Travis, she finds him playing strip poker with a large group of people, one of which is Hadid’s real-life boyfriend, Adan Banuelos. She tells him to head to the arena where there are potential horse buyers waiting — which is why Beth traveled to Texas in the first place.

Once at the rodeo arena, Beth and Sadie share another moment.
“[Travis is] probably the most arrogant man I’ve ever met in my life. Misogynistic. Condescending. 25 years older than you,” Beth states. “Can you please explain the appeal?”
Sadie questions, “You ever seen him ride before?”
The idea that Sheridan cast Hadid to play his onscreen girlfriend has caused a lot of chatter on X, even leading Vulture to write a story titled, “This Is a Cry for Help,” which takes a closer look at his character having a bigger role after Kevin Costner’s early exit from the series. The outlet asks, “Is this a cry for help, an expression of Sheridan’s repressed feelings of frustration and lack of self-worth and unresolved longing for revenge, translated into barely fictionalized form?”

Hadid’s Yellowstone appearance, albeit a surprise, is hardly her first acting role. The model also appeared on two episodes of the Hulu series Ramy in 2022.
She’s also been embracing a cowgirl lifestyle as of late, thanks to relationship with Banuelos, 35, whom Hadid has been dating for over a year. They were first spotted kissing in Fort Worth, Texas in October 2023 and made things Instagram official this past February. Hadid has since moved to Texas to be “closer” to her man, a source confirmed to Us Weekly in March, noting they are not living under the same roof just yet.
“Bella’s entered a new era in her life, all thanks to Adan,” the insider added. “She’s really happy with Adan, and they share so much in common.”
The same source went on to say that Hadid “feels peace” in her new relationship and sees “long term potential” with Banuelos, who is a professional horseman.
Throughout their relationship, Hadid has also gotten a chance to lean into her equestrian passion.
“She loves being out of Hollywood and will take modeling jobs if it’s a right fit, but has taken a step back for now,” the same source told Us. “It’s not her priority anymore.”
