This Two-in-One Carafe and K-Cup Duo Is Replacing My Current Coffee Maker

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re a coffee connoisseur or are shopping for one. Either that or you’re in a divided household — one that can’t decide between K-cups and a classic carafe of joe. As a daily (decaf) coffee drinker, I can honestly say I prefer both. I love the convenience of K-cups, especially on busy mornings, but I also love the taste of freshly ground beans and sharing a pot with family and friends.

I had both on my countertop for a while — a single-serve Keurig and a mini Mr. Coffee coffee maker that’s been with me since college — however the countertop clutter started to wear on me. I knew I had to get rid of one, but which one would I ditch? Little did I know I would get rid of both!

See it!

Yes, I donated two good coffee makers and got a new one. It may sound crazy at first, however you’ll understand once you see their replacement. Both a single-serve K-cup coffee maker and a regular carafe, this magical contraption will likely replace your current coffee maker, too!

This coffee maker allows you to brew a cup for yourself, choosing between a six, eight, ten or 12-ounce size, or brew up to 12 cups of steamy hot coffee. And if you’re a fan of piping hot coffee, there’s a button for that! The K-Duo has an extra hot feature as well as a heating plate to keep your carafe hotter for longer. An auto-brew function is another perk, allowing you to program your preferred brew time up to 24 hours ahead of time.

Not only does this coffee maker brew hot coffee, but it also works for brewing cold coffee. Multistream technology ensures the grounds are saturated no matter which side or setting you use, giving you the strongest, boldest flavors possible. The coffee maker also has a strong brew button for an even more intense flavor!

Plus, the interface couldn’t be easier to use and understand. The left-side button controls the carafe while the right-side buttons control the K-cup brew. A 72-ounce removable water reservoir is used for both sides, a convenient feature that minimizes refills. Oh, and the machine is ultra-compact! It’s just 12.7 inches tall and 12.9 inches wide. How all of this functionality fits into one small machine is a mystery, but all you need to know is that it works.

And it’s not just me who’s a little obsessed with this machine. “I don’t know how it does it but it does it well,” one reviewer writes. “Love that it’s duo because sometimes I run out of pods or they are too expensive so I use ground coffee. Both sides work great.”

“2-In 1 benefits both myself as a traditional coffee drinker and my daughter who is an avid ice coffee drinker. It looks great on my coffee bar and is so easy to use that my grandson gets up every morning and makes his own hot cocoa. We are really enjoying our machine,” another writes.

Get the Keurig K-Duo Essentials Coffee Maker for $99 (originally $119) at Walmart!
