In August a malfunction at Brunswick Executive Airport’s Hangar 4 caused a devastating spill of 1,450 gallons of firefighting foam concentrate mixed with 50,000 gallons of water. This spill released harmful PFAS chemicals into the environment, posing an immediate threat to local water supplies and public health.
