Kaia Gerber had her moment on the cover of Vogue.
Gerber, 23, opened up about solo shooting her December 2024 cover for the fashion magazine during a Monday, November 11, “Day With Kaia Gerber” YouTube video, revealing her mom, Cindy Crawford, wanted a feature too.
“My mom was like, ‘It should be both of us,’” she laughed to the camera. “I was like, ‘You’ve had your Vogue covers, mom. It’s OK.’”
For her cover shoot, Gerber donned a number of 1950s inspired looks, including over-the-top voluminous hair, red lipstick, polka dots and more.

In one shot, she posed in a blue Marc Jacobs dress featuring an off-the-shoulder neckline that cascaded into an A-line skirt. The garb was complete with a pink cape wrapped around her waist and enclosed with a bow. The model teamed the eccentric look with white gloves.
In another shot, Gerber gave Us major Marilyn Monroe vibes in a white Marc Jacobs halter dress featuring a pointed bust and voluminous skirt.
Styled by Grace Coddington, Gerber looked like a doll in a sequin Marc Jacobs dress as she gazed into the camera.
Throughout the years, Crawford, 58, who shares Kaia with husband Rande Gerber, has amounted to 17 U.S. Vogue covers, and 33 international features.

In 2016, Kaia and Crawford posed together for the cover of Vogue Paris. At the time, the mother-daughter duo twinned in leather jackets and silver hoops while beaming for the camera.
When they’re not posing for magazine covers, the mother-daughter-duo can be seen coordinating on the red carpet.
In July, the women stunned in little black dresses at an Omega event in Paris. Kaia, for her part, wowed in a flowy frock featuring thin straps and a deep V-neck. Cindy, meanwhile, opted for a cowl-neck garb featuring a straight silhouette.
