A 65-year-old Richmon man was found dead in a rollover ATV crash on Saturday afternoon.
Patrick LaFlamme had gone hunting on his ATV on Saturday morning but did not return to camp for breakfast, his friends told officials. The friends then went out to look for LaFlamme before officials responded around noon on Saturday, according to Maine Department of Fisheries and Wildlife spokesperson Mark Latti.
LaFlamme was found dead under his ATV on an old tote road, approximately a mile off the Firetower Road. An initial investigation shows that LaFlamme’s ATV rolled over on top of him.
His body has been transported to the Plummer Funeral Home in Augusta.
