A man died Monday night after a crash in Canaan.
Anthony Hunt, 28, of Canaan was driving a 2018 Dodge Charger on U.S. Route 2, also known as Canaan Road, about 9 p.m. when he lost control, went off the right side of the road and hit trees, according to the Waterville Morning Sentinel.
Hunt was ejected. He died at the scene, the Sentinel reported.
The crash happened near the Canaan-Skowhegan town line.
The crash remains under investigation.
