BANGOR – The Greater Bangor area is set to experience a theatrical treat as 15 talented local teens take the stage in the highly anticipated “Hadestown: Teen Edition”.
This production is the only tuition-free summer theatre program in the region, providing an unparalleled opportunity for young actors to hone their craft without financial barriers.
“Hadestown: Teen Edition” is a full-length adaptation of Anaïs Mitchell’s Tony Award-winning musical, tailored specifically for teen performers. This haunting, jazz-inflected folk opera follows the mythical quest of Orpheus as he ventures into the underworld to rescue his true love, Eurydice. The production promises to deliver a deeply resonant and hopeful theatrical experience, showcasing the immense talent of our local youth.
