Three young children missing after a day out at Thorpe Park have been found safe and well, police have said.
Officers were looking for Khandi, 14, Amelia, nine, and Malik, seven, who were reported missing after visiting the theme park in Surrey just after 7pm on Monday.
All three had last been seen walking away from the park towards Staines town centre at about 3.17pm and police said it was believed they may have travelled to London.
After a search, they were found in London.
North Surrey Detective Superintendent Trevor Struthers said: “We appreciate the concern that this incident caused, especially given the children’s ages and the fact that they were missing overnight.
“Our officers and staff have worked tirelessly to locate the three of them and we are all relieved that they have been found safe.
“We have received a huge amount of information and information and support from both the public and the media and we would like to thank everyone who provided information and shared our appeal.”
Amelia and Malik are related, police have said. They had been at the park on a planned day out and had travelled to Surrey from Milton Keynes.

Thorpe Park is between Chertsey and Staines-upon-Thames, close to the junction of the M25 and M3 motorways.
A spokesperson for the theme park said: “As soon as our staff were alerted that three children were missing after a day at the park, they immediately implemented well-rehearsed safety procedures.
“The team worked closely with Surrey Police and CCTV footage confirmed that the children had left the attraction, heading towards Staines.
“We continue to support the local police.”
