BELFAST — Waldo County Technical Center honored the success of all students and awarded scholarships and toolships to graduating seniors at its annual Recognition and Awards Night on May 29. The event was held at the Crosby Center in Belfast.
Many WCTC programs presented Outstanding Student and Most Improved Student Awards.
