An Indian Township man wanted in Maine for gross sexual assault has been arrested in Massachusetts.
Nakoma Polches, 42, was arrested without incident Tuesday in Mashpee, Massachusetts, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
He is being held in Massachusetts as a fugitive from justice pending his extradition back to Maine.
