Dorothy Hagar left her home on Allen Road at 10 a.m. Wednesday. She suffers from cognitive issues, according to the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

She is a white woman, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She drives a silver 2010 Chevrolet Impala with Maine license plate number 9466WM.
